Truthiness by Saturn-Kitty Truthiness by Saturn-Kitty
Piece given to Stephen Colbert at his Key to the City celebration in Columbia, SC on 10/28/07. It MIGHT be in the front of the crowds on any newscast they did covering the event as well. Took me four hours total to do. One of the best mornings I've had in a long, LONG time as Mr. Colbert is one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet.

Wow. this is truly amazing. I love the detail in the fur, feathers, chair... heck everything! Was this inked?

Yeah. I think it was back when I was still using a Crowquill pen nib and touching up the edges with a Micron pen. Now I pretty much just use the Copic SP Multiliner pens to ink with.

Wow that's fancy.
The only inking I do involves sharpies. ^^;

Gosh, I have been looking all over for you, you had this posted on a livejournal community somewhere but it disappeared or I just can't find it, ANYWAY, I saw this picture on the show tonight 11/1! When it showed the crowd and stuff I was like, "That black and white one looks familiar OH HEY"

And that's all this was about, besides the fact that I adore this picture. (I wasn't a part of that lj community I mentioned so I couldn't comment.)
